Introduction

Gi Eun-hyun specializes in a wide range of litigation, including medical, administrative, civil, criminal, international, and family law cases. She has handled notable cases such as medical lawsuits concerning acupuncture manufacturing violations under the Medical Service Act, administrative lawsuits related to health insurance recoupment, civil lawsuits for cargo damage claims with the Korea Federation of Freight Trucking Associations, as well as criminal cases involving fraud, theft, and narcotics control law violations. She has also managed international divorce and other family law matters.

While working with the Ministry of Education and local education offices, she focused on administrative litigation. Currently, she handles school violence cases, teacher appeals, and other education-related administrative disputes, provides family law services including divorce, offers China-related legal consulting, and serves as a member or advisor for external organizations such as the National Tax Tribunal.
