Introduction

Han-gil Wang graduated from the National Tax College (9th Class) and served as a National Tax Service officer for over 20 years, specializing in large corporate audits and property and capital taxation.

He currently leads CENTRIC’s Family Office Division, focusing on wealth succession and business succession planning for high-net-worth individuals. Leveraging his extensive NTS experience and exceptional tax-legal expertise, he develops and executes customized succession solutions and provides comprehensive consulting services tailored to clients’ needs. His specialties include asset and corporate succession consulting and execution, tax audit representation, termination of nominee accounts, tax appeals, reassessments, and grievance claims.

Since 2012, Mr. Wang has also served as an external advisor to Samsung Life’s Family Office, dedicated to high-net-worth clients. Through continuous research and information gathering, he has led the development and implementation of numerous succession strategies, playing a pivotal role in shaping succession consulting for Korea’s small and medium-sized enterprises.
