Introduction

Dae-kyu Oh graduated from the National Tax College (4th Class) and is a seasoned tax professional with extensive experience at the National Tax Service, Seoul Regional Tax Office, and local tax offices, covering tax administration, official rulings, and audit operations.

He has conducted numerous official rulings on VAT, income tax, and other tax categories, carefully reviewing and submitting questionable interpretations to the Ministry of Strategy and Finance’s Ruling Review Committee and the NTS Legal Interpretation Committee to ensure fair and balanced rulings for both tax authorities and taxpayers.

Mr. Oh has also contributed to the revision and supplementation of tax guidelines and implementation standards, incorporating changes in economic and social conditions, demonstrating deep expertise in tax regulations and legal compliance.
