Introduction

Man-sik Ahn graduated from the National Tax College (4th Class) and completed doctoral coursework in Law at Kyung Hee University. Leveraging his experience at the National Tax Service’s Investigation Bureau and Shinhan Bank Private Banking division, he founded CENTRIC, establishing Korea’s first one-stop tax service platform.

Widely recognized as a leading authority in practical taxation, Mr. Ahn has personally led comprehensive tax services—including tax consulting, tax disputes, business succession, inheritance, and gift taxation—for Korea’s top conglomerates such as S, H, and L Groups, as well as major financial institutions including Shinhan Bank, achieving remarkable results.

He has spearheaded landmark cases in taxation, including comprehensive gift tax strategies, merger goodwill taxation, and brand taxation, managing key cases exceeding KRW 100 billion alongside CENTRIC.
