Introduction

Pil-jae Song began his career in 1987 at the Ministry of Finance, serving in the Economic Cooperation Bureau, Planning and Budget Office, Securities & Insurance Bureau, and the Budget Office of the Ministry of Finance and Economy. He was involved in government projects including foreign investment, legislative affairs, securities policy, and defense budgeting.

From 1999 to 2013, he served 14 years at the Tax Tribunal, handling tax appeal cases and gaining extensive expertise in administrative tax dispute resolution.

In 2013, Mr. Song joined Tax Firm CENTRIC, where he continues to leverage his diverse government policy experience and tax tribunal expertise to specialize in tax appeals, serving as a leading tax dispute expert.
