The Pangyo Branch is led by Chief Tax Accountant Kim Kwang-hoon, former Director of Bundang Tax Office, and staffed with tax and accounting professionals combining over 20 years of practical experience with strong knowledge of tax law. Kim Kwang-hoon, a China specialist with a Master of Laws from Minzu University of China, served as Team Leader at the International Transaction Investigation Division of the Seoul Regional Tax Office for five years, achieving remarkable results in transfer pricing audits for leading foreign enterprises. He has published the International Transaction Investigation Manual and Tax Guide for Companies Entering China, contributing to taxpayer support and improving international audit practices.

During his 36-year career at the National Tax Service, he has held key positions including Director of Gunsan Tax Office, Head of Tax Analysis Division at Gwangju Regional Tax Office, Section Chief of Investigation Division 3-1 at Jungbu Regional Tax Office, and Director of Bundang Tax Office, in addition to leadership roles at Suwon, Icheon, Anyang, and Seodaemun Tax Offices, and Team Leader at Seoul Regional Tax Office’s International Investigation Division.

He has extensive experience representing taxpayers in numerous tax audits and appeals since opening his practice, consistently achieving satisfactory results. He is particularly recognized for his expertise in property-related taxes (capital gains, inheritance, and gift taxes), earning strong praise from clients for professionalism and reliability.
